European Pipe Band Champions crowned at Piping Inverness 2022

THE European Pipe Band Champions 2022 are Inverary and District Pipe Band.

The group has retained its title after being crowned the Grade 1 champions at the last event in 2019.

The crowd cheered as the band collected their trophy and took pictures, ending the warm and pleasant return of the competition.

Inverness played host to the prestigious event this year at Bught Park with a huge range of local food, drink and crafts for visitors to browse.
