Drivers warned by Police Scotland of abnormal load on A9 north today

The abnormal load is due to make its from Lybster to Inverness, leaving Caithness at 9.30am.

Police are advising drivers on the A9 north today that an abnormal load will be travelling along the route.

The load, which is travelling under police escort, is due to start out from Lybster at 9.30am heading to Inverness where it will make an overnight stop before proceeding the following day to Keith.

Police Scotland advised drivers said: "Please be aware and plan accordingly."
