PUPILS at Ross-shire's largest secondary school dug deep for a local charity – by dressing down for the day.

Dingwall Academy staged a dress down with proceeds raised from donations going to Mikeysline.

The charity, which operates a text line, helps people who are struggling with mental wellbeing.

Over £800 raised from the event, which coincided with the end of the term.

The school said: "Thank you to all who donated, and to S6 for organising."
