Dingwall Medical Practice 'catching up' after IT failure

The busy medical practice has been without phones or computers for most of the day.

Dingwall Medical Practice reported last night that it had suffered a "catastrophic" IT failure.

Inofming patients this afternoon that the issue had been fixed they posted: "Our phones and computers are now back up and running and we are trying our best to catch up.

"We are available for urgent matters today and will be back to a normal service tomorrow.

"Please use our normal number if you need to contact us, 01349 863034.

"Thank you for your understanding."
