Dingwall Mart set to host Covid-19 booster shot clinic in Ross-shire's county town

AN auction mart in Ross-shire is set to host a Covid-19 booster vaccination clinic on Wednesday.

Dingwall & Highland Marts is offering its premises on Wednesday, December 29 for the purpose.

It follows a major nationwide drive across Scotland to offer a rapid rollout of the booster programme as part of plans to curb the spread of the omicron variant, which has prompted new restrictions which came into force on Boxing Day.

The Dingwall facility posted: "Dingwall & Highland Marts are delighted to offer our premises for Covid-19 boosters this Wednesday."
