AN acclaimed Easter Ross musical group is set to travel back in time with its next eagerly anticipated show.

And Easter Ross Musical Theatre is now flagging the beginning of rehearsals from Saturday, August 1 at the Duthac Centre in Tain.

In the wake of its recent annual general meeting, the group has confirmed that next up is Disco Inferno.

With a glitter ball logo, the show has the tagline: 'The Devlish New 70s Musical'.

The show is scheduled for March 22-25 next year and new members are welcome to attend the first rehearsal.

It follows the success of the group's take on The Proclaimers' inspired Sunshine on Leith.
