Cromarty kids do Black Isle town proud in remembrance event

CROMARTY Primary and Parent Council has voiced pride at pupils who played their part remembering the sacrifice of members of the armed forces.

Children in the Black Isle village laid poppy crosses and remembrance stones in memory of those who gave their lives.

It later posted: "So proud of all the pupils for the respect they showed.

"We laid poppy crosses and remembrance stones in memory of the many who gave their lives for our freedoms."

It paid tribute to Father Mel Langille and Flora Thomson for joining the group in a socially distanced way.

The events have added poignancy this year as many traditional parades and gathering have been cancelled because of Cpovoi
