Crash closes A87 at Loch Cluanie, Traffic Scotland warns Highland motorists

UPDATE (1.24pm): Emergency crews at scene of A87 crash at Loch Cluanie

A busy Ross-shire trunk road is closed in both direction following a crash.

The A87 was shut to traffic between Glen Moriston and Ben Loyne following a crash nexty to Loch Cluanie.

Speaking shortly before midday a spokesperson for Traffic Scotland said: " The A87 between Glen Moriston and Ben Loyne is currently closed in both directions due to a road traffic incident.

"Road users are advised to use an alternative route and expect longer than normal travel times."
