A crash between a car and two motorcyclists near Beauly has led to multiple local road closures with emergency services are in attendance.
The routes affected are the A862 which is closed in both directions near the junction with the A833 while the A833 is also closed as far as Kiltarlity
However, a local diversion is in place for the A862 via Kirkhill but motorists are advised to avoid the area.
A Police spokesperson said: “Road closures are in place following a crash which was reported to police about 11.01am on Saturday, 17 May, 2025.
“The A862 near Beauly is closed in both directions near to its junction with the A833. The A833 is closed between Kiltarlity and the A862.
“The A862 has a local diversion in place via Kirkhill. Emergency services are in attendance and drivers are advised to avoid the area”.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service confirmed that they were called out at 11.27 and sent two appliances to the scene.
