Studio Lambert – the makers of Gogglebox, Race Across the World and The Circle – are looking for a "diverse range of people" from all backgrounds to take part in a new reality competition series for BBC1 called The Traitors.

And as well as looking for people who can hide a lie, they are also on the lookout for experts in spotting a liar, and also just people who love to compete.

The new competition series is built on strategy and suspicion and is to be filmed in the Highlands.

The show involves players competing in a series of team missions to be in with the chance of winning a significant cash prize.

The twist? Some people are team players, and some are ... Traitors!

For more information or to apply to compete in the series, visit the BBC Take Part page: https://www.bbc.co.uk/showsandtours/take-part/the-traitors
