A sharing shed food larder has been opened in a Black Isle village.

Located at the rear of the Gordon Memorial Hall car park in Rosemarkie, it will be open around the clock and available to anyone in the community who needs it.

Rosemarkie Amenities said the initiative would help minimise food waste and provide essentials at a very difficult time.

The group is open to volunteers and asks people to donate non-perishable food if they can.

It asks that people wear a mask and sanitise their hands when using the shed.
