Black Isle teachers ‘exceptionally proud’ of P7 leavers set for Dingwall Academy

BLACK Isle teachers have shared how “exceptionally proud” they are of five P7 pupils preparing say their farewells to primary school as they move up to Dingwall Academy.

Mulbuie and Ferintosh Primary Schools on the Black Isle will soon be saying goodbye to their P7s, as the youngsters prepare to move up to high school.

The year group have proved themselves to be “hard-working and conscientious” during their time at the school, as well as being solid role models for the younger children.

The Mulbuie class’ teacher said: “We are exceptionally proud of our P7s – Skye, Cody, Sam and Tyree. They are hardworking and conscientious and have been great role models for our younger pupils. They have been fantastic house and school captains and enjoyed these leadership roles. We wish them all the best as they move on to Dingwall Academy.”

Many of the youngsters will enjoy a six-week-long summer holiday, before beginning S1 at Dingwall Academy.

The Ferintosh Primary teacher added: “We wish Magnus all the best as he moves on to Dingwall Academy. Magnus has been a credit to the school and will be missed by all pupils and staff.”
