Belmond Royal Scotsman stops in at Plockton Station with tickets costing £7500+ per person

The UK’s most luxurious “mansion on wheels” made a stop at Plockton during a whistlestop tour with tickets costing upwards of £7500 per person.

The globally-renowned luxury train, The Belmond Royal Scotsman, offers tours from two to seven nights long. A stay on the Royal Scotsman costs between £7500 to £32,200 per passenger, according to their journeys available this August.

Dubbed a “mansion on wheels” by Time Out magazine, the train is rumoured to have a Dior spa carriage, on-board ceilidhs and a five-star food menu.
