ANOTHER Ross-shire road has been closed because of drifting snow.

The local authority's roads team will resume snow clearing on Sunday morning "and reopen the road as soon as it is safe to do so".

Police have been advised.

The announcement follows an earlier one relating to a stretch of the A835 north of Ullapool which has also been closed because of drifting snow.

The Drumrunie junction to Ledmore junction section was affected.
