Alness man swore at police before committing hate crime

A man shouted and swore at police officers before committing a hate crime.

Levi Bogue (19) appeared at Inverness Sheriff Court and admitted to the behaviour between Montague Road, Inverness and Burnett Road Police Station on March 3.

Bogue, of Broom Crescent, Alness, also pleaded guilty to failing to be at his bail address during his curfew.

Sheriff Janys Scott KC deferred sentencing until July 31 for background reports to be completed.
