Damaged cattle grid near Loch Maree in Wester Ross prompts local warning to motorists

DRIVERS in Wester Ross are being alerted to a diversion in place around a popular beauty spot because of damage to a cattle grid.

Local reports say that the grid in question– west of the Loch Maree Hotel – has two bars loose.

It's understood a car was caught out this morning on the damaged grid with traffic now being diverted round it.
