A9 closed due to accident on Black Isle

The A9 is currently closed on the Black Isle between North Kessock and Tore roundabout due to a crash.

Police say a diversion is in place via the A862 and A832.

A force spokesman said: "Please leave extra time for your journey."

A spokesman for Traffic Scotland said: "Traffic is looking very slow on the surrounding routes.

"The road is likely to remain closed for some time."
