Ross-shire to host national cycling time-trials

Commonwealth cyclist Kyle Gordon may be racing back home in Ross-shire

Ross-shire is set to host one of the top cycling events in the country with Commonwealth Games stars expected to head north to battle it out on the county roads.


The Scottish 10 Mile Time Trial Championships will be taking place in Invergordon next month after Inverness based Moray Firth Cycling Club (MFCC) won its bid to bring the event to the Highlands.

Commonwealth Games silver medallist John Archibald has entered to take part in the race.
