ROSS County's 25-year-old defender, Scott Boyd, has agreed a new one-year contract with the club.
Boyd has been at Victoria Park since season 2007/08 and during that time has picked up winners medals for the Second Division, Alba Cup and First Division as well as appearing in the Scottish Cup Final.
Manager, Derek Adams, said: "Scott arrived at the cub as a very promising young player, and during his time here he has developed and improved.
"In fulfilling that potential he has been an integral part of the club's successes on the pitch during the most successful period in the club's long history. The focus for every player in football has to be the challenge that lies ahead, and having helped us to both the Second and First Division titles Scott is exactly the type of player that I want to have in my team as we take on the challenge of the SPL."
Boyd's is the latest in a string of re-signings announced by the club in the past few days.
