Andrew Alexander Kennedy, M.Chem (Heriot-Watt), graduated from the University of Glasgow with a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemistry. A former pupil of Holm and Crown Primary Schools and Millburn Academy, he is the son of David and Alison Kennedy, Culbokie, and grandson of Charles and Irene Kennedy, Inverness, and is currently working with Almac Sciences in Scotland and Ireland.

Jilly Murray, daughter of Gordon and Elaine, Evanton, graduated from the University of Strathclyde with an Hons degree in Primary Education. She is a former pupil of Kiltearn Primary School and Alness Academy.

Steven Kinnaird, a former pupil of Fortrose Academy, graduated from the University of Strathclyde with a Bachelor of Engineering Honours degree. He is the son of Norman and Corinne, Rosemarkie.

Jennifer Amanda Mair graduated from the University of Aberdeen as BSc (Hons) in Geography. She is the daughter of Steven and Angela Main, Muir of Ord, and is a former pupil of Tarradale Primary School and Dingwall Academy.

Kyle David Kennedy, former pupil of Invergordon Academy, gained a Degree in Master of Engineering in Computer Science with Distinction at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow.

Faye Murray, a former pupil of Tain Royal Academy, graduated with a first-class honours degree in English from the University of Dundee. Faye is the youngest daughter of Robin and Joan Murray.

Alan Manson, Evanton, a former pupil of Kiltearn Primary and Alness Academy, graduated BA Media Studies from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen.

Susan Munro graduated Bsc in Adult Nursing from the University of Stirling. She is the daughter of Michael and Christine Munro, Canmore Way, Tain.

Mhairi Miller, only daughter of Rose and the late Roderick Mackay, Tain, graduated from the University of the Highlands and Islands with a BA in Child and Youth Studies. She is currently studying primary teaching through Strathclyde University in partnership with the UHI.

Catherine Lowe, Invergordon, graduated from the University of the Highlands and Islands BA in Child and Youth Studies. She is a former pupil of Newmore Primary School and Invergordon Academy.

Ross Mellon, Dingwall, graduated from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, Bsc (Hons) in Construction Design and Management. Ross is a former pupil of Dingwall Primary and Dingwall Academy and now works from Les Taylor Northern Group.

Thelma Middleton, Davidston, Cromarty, daughter of the late Donald and of Christine Logan, Dunedin, Avoch, graduated BSc(Hons) in Nutritional Medicine from Middlesex University. Thelma has established The Nutritional Health Practice.

James Charles Munro, Balaldie, Fearn, graduated from Aberdeen University BSc Hons in Agriculture. He is a former pupil of Hill of Fearn Primary and Tain Royal Academy.

David Lawson, a former pupil of Dingwall Academy, graduated from Strathclyde University Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Alyson Murray, Strathpeffer, graduated from University of Stirling with a first class BA (Hons) in Business Studies. She is a former pupil of Maryburgh Primary and Dingwall Academy.

Karel Matheson graduated in nursing from Napier University in Edinburgh. Karel is the granddaughter of Gordon and Margaret Matheson, Stafford Terrace, Brora. She is currently working in the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh. Her granny lives in Edderton.

Tracy Munro, youngest daughter of Finlay and Maureen Munro, a fomer pupil of Craighill Primary School and Tain Royal Academy, graduated BEd (Hons) from the University of Aberdeen. Tracy will commence her teaching career at Knockbreck Primary in Tain.

Jane Manson, a former pupil of Newhall Primary and Fortrose Academy, graduated with Honours from Yorkshire College of Beauty Therapy, having achieved Distinction in the International Aestheticienne/ Electrolysis/ CIDESCO Diploma. She also won the Student of the Year Award.

Amy Marshall from Laide graduated from Aberdeen University with a Bachelor of Education with First Class Honours. She will commence her teaching career in Burgh Primary School, Galashiels. Amy has followed in the footsteps of her mum who teaches at Inverasdale Primary School.

Stewart Murdoch, a former pupil of Alness Academy, graduated with a Bsc Hons in Diagnostic Radiography from Robert Gordon University. Stewart has taken up a post at Glasgow Western/Gartnaval Hospitals.

Louise Murray, a former pupil of Tain Royal Academy gained a post-graduate BSc (Hons) in Community Nursing, Public Health Nursing with specialist practitioner qualification from Glasgow Caledonian University.
