KINLOCHSHIEL Shinty Club have had straight victories in all their Marine Harvest North Division One fixtures so far this season.
The latest on Saturday, when they accounted for Skye by five goals to one at Portree, sees them bound for the Scottish Hydro Premier League next summer. Shiel marksmen on this occasion were Fraser MacVicar and Finlay Macrae, two goals apiece, and Neil Fraser. Danny Morrison scored for Skye.
Caberfeidh travelled to Spean Bridge, where they accounted for Lochaber by two goals to one. Kevin Bartlett and Kirk Taylor were the Cabers' scorers.
In North Division Two results were Glengarry 2, Fort William 3; Kinlochshiel 1, Kingussie 1; and Lochaber 5, Skye 1.
North Division Three Aberdeen University v Strathglass, who were unable to field a team, the points going to the University; Caberfeidh v Ardnamurchan, the latter unable to field a team, the points going to Caberfeidh; Inverness 2, Beauly 5; Lochbroom 2, Lewis 1; Lochcarron 3, Boleskine 5; and Lochcarron 3, Caberfeidh 4.

The Artemis MacAulay Cup final between Newtonmore and Kyles Athletic was featured on BBC Television, and proved a keenly contested affair with Kyles Athletic claiming victory with goals from Dunkie Kerr in the 85th minute and Roddy Macdonald four minutes later. Newtonmore had led by their single goal notched by John Mackenzie in the 38th minute.

This weekend at Strathpeffer, Caberfeidh Shinty Club is holding several events to mark an important milestone in its history - the 125th Anniversary of the founding of the club - the amalgamation of the Strathpeffer and Knockfarrel players. Tonight (Friday) there is to be a Buffet/Dance in the spa Pavilion commencing at 7.30pm for 8pm, for which tickets are still available. Music is by the Strathpeffer Scottish Dance Band.
Next day (Saturday) at Castle Leod there is to be a Six-a-side Tournament featuring twelve sixes selected by the present members of the club's Division One team, and featuring past and present players for their respective teams.
In the Sports Pavilion at Castle Leod there will be a display of photographs.
