REVELLERS from across Ross-shire descended on the Black Isle at the weekend for a chilled out musical festival with a difference.

Around 25 artists were on the bill of the Black Isle Brewery’s Jocktoberfest, inspired by the beer festival for which Bavaria is famous.

Acts appearing included Spring Break, Irie Yo-Yo, Iain McLaughlin and the Outsiders.

Black Isle was started by David Gladwin in 1998 and produces 10,000 litres a day.
