POLICE are appealing for information regarding a daylight assault of a man on a footpath in Alness.
The attack happened between 5pm and 5.50pm on Saturday in Firhill, close to the Burnside Housing Scheme.
Police are investigating the assault and are appealing to the public for witnesses.
